Trained guide, hearing and assistance dogs are welcome at all festival venues.

Wheelchair Access

All HRAFF art and film venues are accessible by wheelchair. Accessible toilets are available at ACMI. Please contact HRAFF on (03) 9663 7929 if you have any questions.

Companion Card

HRAFF supports the companion card. Companion Card complimentary tickets can be booked by calling the HRAFF office, or by purchasing them in-person at ACMI. Companion Cards must be presented at the venue when entering the cinema or collecting tickets, otherwise entry will be refused. Please contact HRAFF if you have any questions.

Assistive Listening

For all cinemas at ACMI assistive listening devices are available for collection from ACMI’s Ticket and Information Desk.

AUsLAn Interpreters and Caption screenings

Many of HRAFF’s films have English subtitles and this information can be found under the title of each film in the session descriptions:

AUSLAN will be available on request for HRAFF films, forums and art exhibition artist talks. Please contact our Operation Coordinator Jacob Taylor at jacob@hraff.org.au.
